This theory and practical Train The Trainer course will provide you with a clear understanding of the meaning of effective training and provide you with tools and techniques to confidently provide training and to maximise the success of every training session.
Training for Trainers
Throughout the course, through a blend of live demonstrations and practical exercises, you will develop your skills as a trainer.
You will learn effective communication and presentation skills, how to control your nerves, dealing with difficult delegates and answering questions confidently. As well as creating supporting documentation and utilising various tools and techniques to help embed learning.
By the end of the course, you will have the knowledge and skills to take back to the workplace.

Our Train The Trainer training courses are practical courses with small class sizes, and a maximum of 6 delegates, allowing plenty of time to interact with the trainer and ask questions!
